These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of startandpower’s website and services, including our platform, starthenode. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Our services

startandpower provides subscription-based services for creating and managing SaaS products, AI automation, online platform management, and payment infrastructure. The scope of what we provide depends on the plan you choose.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services — including by using them unlawfully, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or infringing the rights of others.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and payments

Our services are billed on a recurring subscription basis at the prices shown on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to our website, platform, and materials, except for content you provide. Any custom software we build for you is governed by the specific agreement covering that work.

7. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant us the rights we need to use it to provide and improve our services. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service availability

We work to keep our services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or suspend parts of the service for maintenance or other reasons.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, startandpower is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of our services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page, with the effective date shown above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which startandpower is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
