1. Don’t do anything after 10pm.
For people who enjoy watching late TV, reviewing projects, or even exercising; this will be even more complicated, but it is for the sake of your productivity.
The process of getting up early starts right the night before. Simply set an alarm for 9:30pm to know to start getting ready for bed. Thus, getting up around 5am will be easier and, in turn, your body will begin to get used to going to bed at the same time every day.

2. You won’t feel as good the first few mornings.
The time reset can be a bit abrupt the first few days and that’s when you need to be stronger. You must understand that the beginning of the process is the most important, since from then on, getting up early will be absolutely natural.
You will feel that you lack energy and your productivity may drop a bit because you feel that you have not rested, but remember, it is only at the beginning.
3. You will stop pressing “Snooze”.
If you want a great technique for waking up late, the best thing to do is hit snooze the first time your alarm goes off.
Think about it, it is the same as procrastinating in front of a goal that you must meet; The longer you put it off, the harder it becomes to achieve.

4. You will give up alcohol and junk food, especially before bed.
You may occasionally drink alcohol. You are even more likely to eat junk food. And it is much more likely, that you know that you should not do either of the two.
People who learned to get up early know that either alcohol and junk food (before bed) become a stone in the shoe.
The reason is simple: you will have less deep sleep, so you will feel that you did not get enough rest and therefore getting up early will be much more complicated.
