First, a short call and a fixed quote for the build \u2014 you know the price before anything starts. Then we build it, you approve it, and from that point it’s ours to run: maintenance, monitoring, changes and support are covered by your monthly plan<\/a>, not billed as surprise project fees.<\/p>\n

Every plan also includes one year of docil<\/a> for free \u2014 our own software that reads your documents and systems and answers questions about your business. After the first year, docil is billed separately if you want to keep it.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n
