- Before 30: They get up at 6:40am and go to bed at 11:40pm.
- Between 30 and 39: They get up at 6:10am and go to bed at 11:00pm.
- Between 40 and 65: They get up at 5:50am and go to bed at 11:00pm.
- After 65: They get up at 5:20am and go to bed at 10:45pm.
80% get up before 6am and only 3% after 8am and although they generally go to bed before midnight, 8% do so after 1am.
How they distribute 24 hours a day.
- On average, they distribute their 24 hours (in a business day) as follows:
- 9.58 hours working.
- 6.78 hours sleeping.
- 1.2 hours updating (news).
- 0.96 hours on social networks.
- 2.16 hours sharing with his family.
- 0.96 hours watching TV or movies.
- 1.4 hours feeding.
- 0.96 hours exercising.
They work 57.8 hours a week and between 10 and 11 hours a day. That’s 10 hours more than the average employee!
Other curiosities.
- 69% take less than 20 days of vacation per year.
