In many countries where the weather changes with the changing seasons, the spring season brings transformation, growth and new beginnings.
While the flowers are blooming, the birds are nesting and the weather is getting warmer…why not use this time as an excuse to transform yourself and let go of what no longer serves you? It opens more space for something new, bigger and much better.
Maybe spring is not a season that occurs in your country, because our countries are endowed with a tropical climate throughout the year. But what we do have in common is the effect that vacations and the return to routine have on you.
In this return, it is more likely that you ask yourself questions about what you do, what you do, are you stagnant? Do you need a change? This is where you ask yourself: am I happy? Do I enjoy every day of my life? Do I enjoy my work? Am I doing something different for which I feel really proud?
If you find yourself asking these questions and you’re not happy with the answers, be sure to apply these two strategies to turn your routine around:
Strategy 1 – Eliminate unnecessary elements
Yes, you will know very well that you should organize your closet, get rid of the old and clean your inbox, but it is more important to eliminate those unnecessary elements in your thoughts, and rather make sure that you have a positive mindset that is aligned with your goals current.
Put aside that emotional baggage, stay away from toxic people who depress you and instead look for the company of people who have similar ideas to you, with whom you share passions and who inspire you to be a better person every day.
Strategy 2 – Look for a change
If you are not satisfied with your romantic relationships, your friendships, your weight, the job you are in or in the worst case scenario of your life in general, it is time to take charge of the matter and take the necessary actions to generate a change and meet your goals.
Remember that spring is the time to plant new seeds, without them it is not possible to expect a harvest that was not cultivated.
Even if it is not spring where you are, go ahead and dare to do something different, remember the saying: “if you are looking for different results, do not always do the same”. Get out of your comfort zone, connect with new people, travel to a different place, or start looking for a job that really motivates you, if you’re not happy with what you’re doing right now.
Changes tend to scare us, and even more so when we don’t plan them, but at the end of that storm you realize that it was worth it and that somehow we needed to be in the rain to make ourselves stronger.
This may sound complicated at first, but once we assume the risks that all change generates, we realize that much-needed renewal.
Are you ready for the change? ….It was the message that Natalie Ledwell entered into my email and that we are now sharing with you.
