Be happy, for many, is what they will achieve when they have everything they want and work for. For me, it’s the state I need to stay in while reaching my goals. For this reason, I want to share 15 habits of happiness so that you can live fully.
Before looking at happiness habits, we must internalize 2 ideas:

- We must be clear that happiness is a state, and they are not peaks of transitory emotion.
As with all habits, adopting them is a process. So don’t expect immediate results.

15 Habits of happiness.
-
Enjoy the moment.
We overlook a lot and forget that we are lucky for too many reasons. Take a moment each day to think about where you are and think about what you have.
-
Stop judging yourself and others.
Criticizing yourself and others for what they don’t have is the same as seeing the glass half empty. Remember that many people are doing what they can with what they have. And that no one wakes up thinking about how to make their life a little worse.
-
Cultivate realistic thinking.
It is not about thinking that everything impossible is possible. It is about analyzing all the variables to make a certain decision.
Remember that part of being happy is being satisfied with who you are and what you have; and if you think that nothing will ever go wrong, you will surely be very disappointed.
-
Lean on others.
Talking to others is a way to release weight when things are not going well. Since you feel that you share the burden of your problems, you can receive constructive feedback; and by verbalizing what you think, you realize that the problems are not as serious as they could be.
-
Resolves conflicts proactively.
If you dedicate yourself to continue eternally with your conflicts; you will only get bitter. That is why you should make sure that you look for solutions to all the problems that surround you.
It is clear that it is not an easy task. But in the long run, it’s much easier to be happy and calm.
-
Develop practices to take care of yourself.
If you are not happy with yourself; you won’t be happy with anything. So if there is something you don’t like about yourself, you must work to change it.
Also, you have to take care of yourself. Exercise, eat well and rest your body; are some of the ways to take care of yourself.
-
Share gratitude.
Take a small part of your time to thank the people who have made a difference in your life.
Write them a message, call them, send a letter… it doesn’t matter how you do it; be sure to thank them for helping you and being a part of your journey.
-
Focus on the good.
Remember to see the glass half full. We could always be better, always. But that is completely different from thinking that we are always wrong.
Seeing the glass half full means seeing the problems as opportunities and the “no” as a “I must improve”.
-
Open your mind to the new.
Imagine you are on vacation. When you travel to a new place, you are open to new experiences. Why not have that mentality all your days?
Knowing new things is when we know ourselves. And when we meet is that we can be happy.
-
Project happiness.
Have you seen your body when you have good results? It expands and is not afraid to attract attention. This is because it releases serotonin.
The amazing thing is that you don’t have to have good results to feel like you have them. By simply adopting winning postures, your body will release the neurotransmitters that make you feel like a winner.
The same will happen with your smile.
-
laugh!
Smiling has many benefits. Among them is that it lowers blood pressure, increases your creativity, and releases stress-reducing hormones.
So smile. You give the world a smile and you give it to yourself.

-
Invest your money in the right things.
We always wonder if money buys happiness or not. The answer is simple.
One of the habits of happiness is to use your money in experiences or in others.
-
Simplify your life.
Make sure you don’t have a million decisions to make every day. This will allow you to focus on what is important.
-
Stop comparing yourself to others.
Everyone’s lives are governed by different circumstances. Do not think that you are not happy because your neighbor has a better car. Or because your friends live in a better apartment.
What others have does not determine your level of happiness.
-
Live a life with meaning.
If you want to be happy, don’t go through life just to go. Identify a purpose, strive to achieve it, and to the extent that your dedication bears fruit; your happiness will grow exponentially.
