Over the past few months, I’ve asked my audience to share their #1 problem in terms of their productivity and personal development.
One theme that comes up again and again in responses is how to combat lack of concentration.
It’s very frustrating to have a goal, but feel like you can’t achieve it.
This could be a business goal, a goal to improve your body through exercise, or a larger life goal.
Because you go from one objective to another without finishing what you set out to do, feeling that you are a lazy person and that you cannot fulfill your purposes.
Guess what…
You are not lazy or incapable.
You just need to find a way to stay focused on your daily routine.
No one was born with this ability, it’s something you learn over time.
Is this the moment when you will finally learn to stay focused and achieve your goals?
This is exactly what I intend to write this post, help you maintain your concentration.
Today you will learn how to stay focused on your daily routine with the help of nifty apps that I use at work to improve my concentration.
You can download these tools for free and use them in your work right now.
1.Evernote
First up we have my favorite of all time, Evernote.
Do you remember those handmade notes that are everywhere?
Or that information that you need to store in one place, but in one way or another it is very difficult to keep it all together.
Well, Evernote is the solution, in short, it is a tool to store and organize your notes.
This means that you can skip that stressful moment where you don’t know where you left all the information, and focus only on your work.
This tool is very easy to use, you write your note, add a tag to it and organize it in the correct folder, that’s it. You can access this app from all your devices and easily search for your notes.
You can also save them while offline, and even transcribe recorded notes.
You can also save them in offline mode and even transcribe the recorded notes.
In addition to saving your notes, you can use Evernote to store information such as photos, recipes, receipts, and more.
Additionally, you can download Evernote Web Clipper.
This tool helps you save PDFs, web pages, articles, and screenshots to Evernote, making it easy for you to organize the information you find online.
2.RescueTime
It is another of my favorite tools, with this application I have been able to maximize my productivity.
How?
In a nutshell, RescueTime shows exactly how you spend your time online. It’s a wake-up call to realize the amount of time you spend on the websites you visit. This tool helps you stay focused while online.
RescueTime guesses which websites are useful for you and which are not.
For example, Facebook is classified as a waste of time and Gmail could be classified as a productive site – a site that you use for your work.
You can also reclassify this information. Facebook could be a site you visit for work and Gmail an unproductive website.
Consequently the utility of RescueTime increases the more it is used.
RescueTime sends you productivity reports every week. You can review the amount of time you spent on productive and unproductive sites.
Likewise, you can modify the way in which you use your time online for the following week and see how your productivity increases week by week.
3. Todoist
Todoist Karma also shows how much progress you’ve made over time, allowing you to stay on track with your productivity and goals.
These three applications have helped me a lot in my work, which is why I wholeheartedly recommend them.
To stay focused on your work, download these apps and start organizing your work.
I wonder what other experiences people have had with these apps. Please tell us about your experience in the comments.
